With this enhancement in the CureMD application, users can automate the transfer of eligible patient balances to collection agencies based on configurable thresholds. Visual indicators across the system alert staff when a patient qualifies for collections, and a new Patient Balances screen provides actionable insights to move balances, write off amounts, or monitor aging. Enhancements in payment modules further separate outstanding and transferred balances for better visibility and processing.

With this enhancement in CureMD application, the status of the electronically prescribed Controlled Substance Drugs will be updated in the NewRx Activity and if error is returned against an electronically prescribed EPCS Drug, it will reflect in the eRx Errors quick link as well.

Role-Based Permission to Update Procedure Effective Tenure 

With this enhancement in the CureMD application, a new role-based permission—Update Effective Dates—lets you control who can edit procedure effective dates. This setting is available under Role/User Permissions > Billing. By default, it’s enabled for all Support Users and tracks changes via the Audit Trail.

Appointment Tile Coloring Based on Visit Reason in Scheduler Views

With this enhancement in the CureMD application, the scheduler can now display appointment tiles in the color associated with the Visit Reason. The appointment status appears in brackets next to the visit reason (e.g., [Flu Shot] [Scheduled]). In Enterprise View, the status is shown only in the tooltip. Appointment Summary no longer displays status-based colors when this setting is enabled.

Automatic timestamp update on editing vitals in Provider Note

With this enhancement in the CureMD application, the date and time of a vitals entry will update automatically when the user edits the entry and clicks Accept. This will ensure accurate timestamps of modification to vitals data.
