Enhancing On-Hold Bucket with Sorting, Search, and Status Summary Count

This enhancement updates the On-Hold bucket in the RCM module to improve claim review and follow-up efficiency. It introduces column sorting, CMDID search, and real-time status counts to reduce manual effort and improve prioritization, while maintaining role-based access controls.
