This enhancement introduces a new Released Claims tab within Claims Management, providing billing users with a centralized work queue for claims that have been released from hold and may still require follow-up. The new queue improves visibility into recently released claims and reduces the need to track them manually outside of CureMD.
This enhancement improves validation for the Copay (Speciality) and Copay (Other) fields within the Insurance module. The system now validates copay entries to ensure that only valid numeric amounts are saved, while preventing unsupported characters and excessively large values.
The eligibility inquiry process has been enhanced to intelligently validate configured search criteria before submitting an inquiry. The system now skips invalid search criteria during automatic workflows, executes the first valid option available, and provides clear validation messages during manual inquiries when required information is missing.
This enhancement improves Third-Party Liability (TPL) data capture by displaying the TPL Status Code field for all secondary insurance plans on the Charge page. Previously, the field appeared only for specific plan names, resulting in inconsistent behavior. The updated logic now displays the field based on the plan's responsibility, ensuring consistent billing workflows and downstream claims processing.
