Synchronized Total Dose Behavior and Override Support for Custom and Trial Unit Dose Drugs in Chemotherapy Manager

This enhancement synchronizes total dose behavior for Custom and Trial Drugs with that of normal drugs in the Chemotherapy Manager. Providers can now override the system-calculated total dose for custom and trial drugs configured with unit-based dosing (e.g., mg/m²) directly within a draft chemotherapy plan. The total dose appears as a clickable hyperlink, enabling physicians to adjust the calculated value when clinically required, while the originally prescribed unit dose remains unchanged. All overrides are fully tracked in reports and audit logs, ensuring transparency and traceability.
