With this update, we've made it easier to ensure accurate billing and claim submissions by allowing you to specify the exact name on the insurance card for each insurance entry.

Previously, the system only used the patient’s demographic name for billing—even if the insurance card had a slightly different name. This could lead to claim denials, eligibility errors, and extra admin work.

Confirmation Pop-up for Sharing Results to Patient Portal

A confirmation window is now displayed when a provider or authorized user attempts to share a result with the patient portal. This ensures deliberate action, allowing users to review and confirm their decision, thereby reducing accidental disclosures of information.

Ability to Assign Task for a Referral to Myself or Specific Users

With this enhancement in CureMD application, the users can quickly add tasks for referrals to myself or specific users. This will enhance workflow as the users will be able to see complete assignment features for creating a task.
