With this enhancement in CureMD application, unauthorized users are restricted from claim generation if expert system errors/warnings are not fixed. This restricts unauthorized roles from claim submission to insurance with incomplete/incorrect information.

Search Un-submitted EDI Claims by Plan Priority

With this enhancement in the CureMD application, un-submitted EDI files can be filtered on the basis of a specific plan and plan priority. This helps in the verification process of the claim files based on their respective plans.

Field Validations on Scheduler

With this enhancement in CureMD, an alert is displayed if front desk staff enters incorrect/incomplete information while adding insurance or patient demographics. This helps reduce the amount of Problem List escalations and reduce the number of Late Filing Denials.

Displaying Write-Off Rule on Financial Summary

With this enhancement in CureMD application, write off rule ID is displayed on the financial summary page against those transactions that are written off through service. It helps the biller to track against which rule the auto ERA service has written off the transaction.

Adding Unapplied Balance in UB-04 Charges

This enhancement in CureMD application allows users to add advance payments for a patient from UB-04 charges page. This helps maintaining correct record of patient balances for billing.

Restricting Users from Deleting Attachments on Filed Claims

With this change in CureMD application, users can not delete claim attachments from a charge once a charge has been filed. This helps in curbing discrepancies caused due to removed attachments.

Filtering Claims On the Basis of Charge Type

With this change in CureMD application, users are able to filter claims with respect to their charge type. This enables them to track down the frequency of such claims in the respective/desired buckets.

Displaying Number of Days Since Crossover in Claim Buckets

With this change in CureMD application on the ‘Crossover’ claims page, user can see the number of days that have passed since the claim was passed on to the secondary/tertiary payer by the primary/secondary payer. This helps in avoiding duplicate claims which may result from submitting the claim within 30 days since its crossover.

Updating Claim Filing Indicator on Mapping Insurance Plan

With this enhancement in CureMD application, user is prompted about the changes in Claim Filling Indicator while mapping an insurance plan. This removes any discrepancy while creating claims for a patient.

Ability to Bulk Import ICD10 Library

With this enhancement in the CureMD application, multiple diagnosis codes can be bulk imported into the database. This helps the user by saving time while importing ICD codes to the Diagnosis library.
