CureMD’s ‘Treatment Plan’ is a detailed roadmap that patients can follow through their treatment. Its fundamental concept involves providing users a diagnosis-driven note i.e. against each diagnosis of the patient, the provider is able to add the associated medications (prescription), lab orders, radiology orders, and procedure orders etc. This feature is engineered to help make documentation easier for providers.
