Tertiary Insurance Code Type for Medicare

The enhancement in CureMD application allows user to add Insurance Type code as a reason of selecting Medicare as Tertiary payer. The Insurance Type is required when submitting secondary or tertiary claims to Medicare.

User Based Grouping on Claims Module

With this change, users can group charges created by a particular user. This helps biller to see the charges created by them only. On the ‘Clean’ screen, an option ‘Created by’ is added in the ‘Group by’ dropdown.

Restrict Conversion of Professional Charge to UB-04 Charge

With this enhancement in CureMD application, system restricts the conversion of Professional Charge to UB-04 charge if the revenue code is not attached to the appointment. This helps to accept the patient's secondary insurance plan.

Restricting Users on the Basis of Location

With the enhancement in CureMD application, practice can restrict the users to access the patients records on the basis of location. This helps the user to decrease the amount of erroneous charges and claims.

Saving Billing Entity on Charge based on Responsible Plan

This enhancement in CureMD application enables users to select relevant primary or secondary billing entities at charge level. This helps the user by populating multiple billing entities from responsible plan, in claims.

Eligibility Service Type Selection on Plan Level

This enhancement in CureMD application enables user to select specific / preferred service types for each plan. This helps users to know what number of service types a plan supports for eligibility request.

Restrict User-Based Access to Location When Creating eSuperbill

To prevent erroneous and unnecessary charges from being created, CureMD users can restrict the access of other users based only on the locations associated with their profiles.

Restrict Providers to Sign eSuperbill

The enhancement in CureMD application allows the practice user to enable the permissions for signing eSuperbill for the specific users.

Mandatory Comments in Problem List

This enhancement in CureMD application has enabled user to enter comments before moving problem list appointments from pending to on hold bucket. This helps billers to get details of problem list appointments, at time.

Exclude On Hold Claims in Reports

This enhancement in CureMD application enables users to exclude On Hold Claims and Plan Categories like Collections and Follow Ups, from Financial Overview and Billing Summary reports. This helps users to only view required pending claims reports.
