Option to Print Desired Information on Immunization Report

With this enhancement in the CureMD application, the user has the option to print desired information on immunization report from ‘Administer Vaccine’, ‘History Dose’, or ‘Refusal Reason’. This enhancement allows the users to selectively include information based on the three given options.
