Eligibility Status Update for Non-Provider Plan Dates

With this enhancement in the CureMD application, the system updates the eligibility status to "Not Eligible" when an eligibility response is received as:

• “78 - Subscriber/Insured Not in Group/Plan Identified, Please Correct and Resubmit”
• “52 - Service Dates Not Within Provider Enrollment”

This change enables the user to view accurate eligibility status details and understand the reason for ineligibility.

We are pleased to announce enhancements to our payment processing system, designed to improve transaction security and user experience. With the latest update, users will notice that the close button on the payment popup is now disabled during the processing of payments, voids, and refunds.

Send Receipt via Email on Successful Online Payment 

We are excited to introduce new functionalities in our payment system to enhance the confirmation process for online transactions. With this update, when a patient completes a payment and has provided an email address during the transaction, our system will automatically send a digital receipt to the specified email.
