What is Initial Physical Examination in Form B?

The ‘Physical Exam’ information populates on ACOG report through ‘Physical Exam’ templates. Users can Import an ‘\ACOG PE Template’ from the template library.

Most recent physical exam or initial physical exam, as per user preference, populates on ‘ACOG Report’ for specific pregnancy cases.

Once the template is associated to the last provider note of a patient, it transfers the information on to ACOG.
