Pages 4 and 5 of the ACOG report consist of all the lab results associated with a patient in her pregnancy.
These results are divided into subsequent sections:

•Supplemental Labs
•8-20 Week Screening
•24-28 Week Labs
•32-36 Week Labs and Screening Tests
•35-37 Week Labs
•Comment section for 35-37 Week
