What is Summary of Care?

The Summary of Care section contains the record of all the Summary of Care files that have been Sent or Received. These files can be filtered on the basis of  ‘Last Name’, ‘First Name’, ‘Provider’, ‘Sender’ and ‘Status’.

After selecting desired criteria, the user clicks on ‘Search’ button. A filtered list of documents is displayed.

The user can click on any file to view it. On click, the file opens.

From this screen, documents can be printed and downloaded.

Furthermore, Documents can be Reconciled i.e. the user is able to compare patient’s existing data with the summary of care data.

Summary of Care also allows to Hide Sections in which the user can view filtered summary of care files.
