What are Pending Orders in Consultation?
Any order which has not been signed is listed in ‘Pending Orders’. In addition, signed orders that are not completed are also listed in this tab.
Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘Completed Results’ screen.
Click ‘Pending Orders’ to display the screen.
Pending orders can be moved to the ‘Completed Results’ tab. Once the result is attached to an order, enable the checkbox against the result and click ‘Mark as Complete’ button.
