What are Clinical Alerts?
Clinical Alerts in “Personal” module display records for Clinical Alerts associated with each patient.
Following the workflow mentioned above, users land on the Clinical Alerts page.
Clinical alerts are displayed in the list grouped by Patient Name.
The User column displays the name of the user who created the alert.
Action column states the action that needs to be performed upon alert.
The ‘Due On’ column displays date at which the alert gets triggered.
Last Updated column displays date and time at which the alert was last updated.
Newly created alerts are updated for every patient after 24 hours. The alerts can be updated for a specific patient only by visiting that patient’s profile from the Patient module.
