What are Appointments in Referrals ?
Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘Referrals’ screen.
Click ‘Appointments’ to display tab.
The appointments tab lists all those appointments for which the patient requires a referral. These are the patients that have the ‘Referral Required’ option checked in their insurance profile.
The list shows a user whether a referral has been attached for the appointment or not. If a referral number is listed in the ‘Ref. # / PAN’ column, then a referral has been attached; otherwise users can click the icon to attach a referral.
There are multiple search options available for users to filter the data listed.
For example, users can filter by the ‘Provider’, ‘Resource’, and ‘Referral Status’ etc.
