“Sender” Filter Added in Fax Status Log for Improved Traceability

Sender Filter Availability
Users accessing the Outgoing tab in the Fax Status Log will now see an additional filter titled “Sender” in the filter section. This dropdown contains a list of users who have sent faxes, each displayed with their full name for clarity.
Dynamic Results Update
The fax list dynamically refreshes to display only the faxes sent by those users.
This enhancement simplifies audit trails and improves usability for staff managing large volumes of fax communications.
