Therapies Nearing Completion Report

What’s New

• A new Therapies Nearing Completion report is available under the Chemotherapy Manager Dashboard.
• Report search criteria include:
  – Duration (Date Range)
  – Remaining Treatment Days (1–10, default = 2)
  – Ordering Provider (multi-select searchable dropdown)
  – Include Completed Therapies
  – Show Therapy Progress
• Default report duration is one month beginning from the current date.
• Ordering Provider defaults to All Providers.
• User preferences for Include Completed Therapies and Show Therapy Progress are remembered per user.
• Reports include only therapies that:
  – Are Active.
  – Have at least one treatment day within the selected date range.
  – Have remaining treatment days less than or equal to the selected threshold.
  – Match the selected provider criteria.
• Patients are displayed alphabetically.
• Report columns include:
  – Patient
  – Order Date
  – Provider
  – Regimen
  – Therapies Nearing Completion
  – Last Administered Treatment
  – Remaining Treatments
• Optional Therapy Progress displays completed cycles versus total cycles.
• A printable report includes:
  – Practice logo
  – Applied search criteria
  – Therapy information
  – Therapy progress (when enabled)
  – Applied report filters

How It Works 

• Navigate to Chemotherapy Manager > Dashboard > Therapies Nearing Completion.
• Configure the desired report filters, including date range, remaining treatment days, providers, and display preferences.

 

 

• Click Search to generate the report.
• Review patients whose therapies meet the selected criteria.

• If enabled, Therapy Progress is displayed beneath each therapy.

•   Select Print to generate a printable report containing the selected results and applied filters.
