How to Enable Follow ups on Existing Complaints?
Follow the above mentioned workflow to land on the ‘EHR’ page.
Go to the ’Provider Note / Case / Letter’ section. Enable the ‘Follow up on Existing Complaints’ checkbox.
Doing so will enable users to see follow ups of previous complaints. If this checkbox is disabled, no follow-ups of previous complaints are visible and only new complaints are created; even if ‘Include Provider-Specific Clinical Information in Follow Up’ checkbox is enabled.
