How to Mark a Provider Note Confidential?
Settings > Practice > My Practice Settings > EHR
Follow the above mentioned workflow to land on the ‘EHR’ page.
In order to have the ability to mark a provider note confidential, go to the ‘Provider Notes / Case/ Letter’ section and enable the ‘Mark Provider Notes as Confidential’ checkbox.
Click the Save button to implement these changes.
