Settings Configuration for Patient Portal
Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘Setup’ screen in the ‘Patient Portal Setup’ component. In the ‘Appointments’ section, users can configure and choose which resources are available on patient portal for resource-based appointment requests.
All active Resources in the practice populate in the left pane. The user can click on available Resources in the left pane in order to select them and move them to the right pane. Once the user clicks on the “Save” button, settings are updated for the selected resources.
