Settings Configuration for Patient Portal

Settings > Practice > Practice Portal Setup

Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘Setup’ screen in the ‘Patient Portal Setup’ component. In the ‘Appointments’ section, users can configure and choose which resources are available on patient portal for resource-based appointment requests.

Appointments

All active Resources in the practice populate in the left pane. The user can click on available Resources in the left pane in order to select them and move them to the right pane. Once the user clicks on the “Save” button, settings are updated for the selected resources.

Settings > Practice > Practice Portal Setup > Access Rights

In order to view the Appointments section in patient portal setup, ‘Resources’ from ‘Access Rights’ screen must be enabled. Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘Access Rights’ screen. Enable the ‘Resources’ checkbox. Click the save button to implement changes.
