How to View Sent Archive?
The ‘Sent Archive’ section contains all the outgoing messages that have been marked ‘Archive’ by the user.
There are four tabs in this section:
- Patient: Contains all the outgoing messages to the patient that have been marked ‘Archive’.
- Practice: Contains all the outgoing messages to the practice provider that have been marked ‘Archive’.
- Patient Emails: Contains all the outgoing emails to the patient that have been marked ‘Archive’.
- Practice Emails: Contains all the outgoing emails to the practice provider that have been marked’Archive‘.
By clicking on the ‘Search’ icon, the user is able to search for the desired messages. The user is also able to ‘Compose’ message/ email. In order to learn more about Composing a message, click here
