How to Document the Reason of Cancellation of a Radiology Order?
Personal > Orders & Results > Radiology > Pending Orders
Users can add a reason for cancellation while cancelling a radiology order.
When the order status is selected as ‘Cancelled’, the ‘Reason’ dropdown menu will be displayed. Select and ‘Save’ the reason for cancellation.
