How to Access Review of Systems via Provider Note?

Review of Systems section in the Provider Note allows the user to view common observations regarding generalized groups such as HEENT (Hair, Eye, Ears, Nose, Throat) and Cardiovascular. Any positive selection made on the ROS page shows the narrative as Admits and any observation marked as negative shows up as Denies.
Once the Provider Note is created, the user needs to expand Review of Systems bucket and click the relevant dated one.

Doing so opens the Review of Systems Window, from where the relevant observations can be selected.

The intra category systems have been grouped in order to make the display more user-friendly.
Moreover, the system uses Admits or Denies against a common observation.
