How to Check Ping Response?

After a user has opened the command prompt on their respective operating system.
Follow these steps:

1. You will see a black window on your screen. This is the Command Prompt window on the Windows Operating System.
2. Type ping www.cloud.curemd.com –t (replace the cloud URL according to the respective server) into this window and then press the ENTER key on your keyboard. This will begin a ping test which will attempt to communicate with the website you have entered. (in this case, Cloud)
3. The Ping Response should be stable, it should not be fluctuating (the acceptable fluctuation is 10ms). If the ping fluctuation is high or there is a “Request Timed out” that means there is an issue with your local network and you should consult your IT expert or ISP.
