How to Add Adverse Events from Patient’s Profile?

Oncology > Patient > Profile

The user is able to add ‘Adverse Event’ from patient profile.
This will allow users to document an adverse event independent to chemo order/admin. User may also document any past adverse events.

To record this, navigate to Oncology > Patient > Profile. Here, the user can add an adverse event just like it is added from Chemo Admin/Chemo Plan.

The added adverse events are synchronized across the application and are displayed from other workflows like Chemo Plan and Chemo Admin.
