How to Disassociate Appointment from Treatment Plan?

The user is now able to Disassociate appointments from treatment planner.

This can be done by navigating to Oncology > Patient > Treatment Plan. Click on Appointment Options. Now click on Disassociate. This disassociates the appointment from the planner. The appointment is then moved to available appointments bucket.
