What are Problem and Plans in Section C?
Patient > Clinical > Diagnoses
The Problems and Plan section on ACOG Report is populated when a provider adds diagnosis and relevant comments through the application.
In order to add diagnosis, navigate to diagnoses. Select the relevant diagnoses and mark its significance as ‘Pregnancy’. Add comments if required. When done click on ‘Save’.
