What is an ACOG Report?

ACOG (American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology) Report is a standard report format to document and track the Obstetrical and Gynecological proceedings during the entire pregnancy period of a patient.
The ‘ACOG Report’ can be accessed by the following two work flows:
Case Review: Users can access ‘ACOG Report’ by landing on ‘Case Review’ and selecting an OB Case.
Patient > Clinical > Case Review > OB Case > ACOG
Patient Banner: Users can access ‘ACOG Report’ by clicking on the ‘Pregnant’ button.
Patient Banner > Pregnant > ACOG Report
