How to Setup Reimbursements for a Specific Provider?
Setting > Practice > Provider > Practice Provider
Reimbursements are categorized into Mileage Reimbursement and Reimbursements based on percentage of charges.
Mileage Calculator is used to automatically calculate the Mileage reimbursement amount based on per mile and per visit.
Mileage Reimbursement amount is reflected on the Employee Worksheet based on the criteria selected.
A percentage of the charges is established for which the provider is then reimbursed if Reimbursement based on charges is selected.
For example, if the provider is only entitled to 50% reimbursement of the charged amount and a charge is created for $1000, only $500 will be reimbursed to the provider and this amount will be reflected on the Employee Worksheet.
