How to Set Patient Cost Share Percentage?
Settings > Billing > Plan
User can add patient cost share percentage for a plan. This aids the calculation of patient liability.
Follow the above mentioned workflow to land on the ‘Plan’ page to select the desired plan.
From the ‘Edit’ plan, add the patient cost share percentage.
The entered patient cost sharing percentage is used to divide the owed amount among patient and plan.
A log is maintained for the Patient Cost Share % which can be viewed by clicking ‘Event Log’ button.
