How to Add a Physical Exam Template?
Settings > EHR > Dermatology > Physical Exam
Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘PE Templates’ screen.
Click ‘+Add’ to display the ‘Add PE Templates’ screen.
Enter the template name, click ‘Save’ once done.
The added Dermatology PE is saved and displayed.
