How to Enable History & Forecast for a Registry that has Bi-directional Interface?
Settings > EHR > HIE Partner
When the selected registry supports a bi-directional interface, users can check ‘History and Forecast’ to enable the feature.
Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘HIE Partners’ screen.
Enable the checkbox ‘Enable History & Forecast’.
Once the checkbox is enabled, the system receives a forecast in an inbound message.
