How to Enable Agency?

Settings > Practice > My Practice Settings > EHR

Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘EHR’ screen.

Go to the ‘Patient Demographics’ section.

Enable the ‘Agency’ checkbox.

Click ‘Save’ when done.

This will display the ‘Agency’ field on the ‘Demographics’ tab of the ‘Patient’ module.

A drop down menu will also appear next to the ‘Agency’ field, enabling users to select the required agency.
