How to Set Default City, State and Zip code for Patient?

Settings > Practice > My Practice > Locations tab

The office user’s location can be set as the default location for the user’s patients.

Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘Locations’ tab.

Search or select the required location.

Clicking on the location’s hyperlink will display the location’s details.

Scroll down to the ‘Location Setting’ section.

Enable the ‘Auto-Populate City, State and Zip in Patient Demo’ checkbox.

The office/user’s location will be populated in the ‘Demographics’ tab on the ‘Patient’ module.

NOTE: This functionality is useful when most patients are from the same local area. These fields can be changed manually whenever required.
