How to Change Maximum File Size for Image Uploads in Letter Template?
Settings > Practice > My Practice Settings > EHR
Follow the workflow mentioned above, to land on the ‘EHR’ screen.
Go to the ‘Document Manager’ section.
Options for file sizes which can be uploaded are present in the ‘Maximum file size for upload’ as following:
- 3MB
- 5MB
- 10MB
- 15MB
Click on the required radio button to specify the required file size.
Click on ‘Save’ when finished.
