How to Delete a Disease Profile?
Settings > EHR > Disease
Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘Disease Profile’ page.
Mark the check box against the Disease Profile that is required to be deleted.
Click the ‘Delete’ button.
This will display the deletion confirmation pop-up.
