How to Add a Collection Agency?
A Collection Agency is an organization that specializes in debt collection. User can navigate to the Collection Agencies tab by clicking the Settings Module and expanding the Billing bucket.
In order to add a Collection Agency click on the ‘Add‘ button.
User needs to fill in the Agency details such as Short Name, Name, Address, State, Zip Code, City, Email or URL etc in the respected fields and click on the ‘Save‘ button to successfully add a Collection Agency.
The Collection Agency screen has been updated to improve the user experience.
