How to Search an Adverse Reaction?
Settings > EHR > Adverse Reactions
Following the workflow the user lands on the ‘Adverse Reactions’ page.
Enter the Reaction Name under the Adverse Reactions tab and click ‘Search’.
The respective adverse reactions are displayed.
