How the Copay Status is Determined for an Appointment Scheduler?
Scheduler > Daily/Weekly/Multiple/Chain View
Copay status can be determined for an appointment.
Navigate to Scheduler and ‘Check In’ a patient.
If copay exists for an appointment, the (
) sign appears with it.
The () sign is displayed in Red if the copay is unpaid.
The (
) sign appears in Blue if copay is paid.
