How to Check if Referral is Required for an Appointment?
Scheduler > Appointment Time Slot > Checking Referral Required
When a Referral is required by the insurance/payer, the letter “R” appears (in Red) next to the Patient’s name on the Calendar. A Referral can be added at anytime while editing an Appointment.
