What is an Appointment Confirmation Report?
Reports > Schedule > Appt. Confirmation
This report provides users with a list of patients scheduled for a selected date range. It is useful in making confirmation calls for the next day’s appointments.
Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘Appt. Confirmation’ screen. Report content can be specified suing the fields in ‘Appointment Find Criteria’ section. ‘Appointment Date’ section can be used to specify date range for the report appointments.
Click ‘Search’ to view all appointments that fit within their search parameter. To print a hard copy list of these appointments, click the ‘Print’ icon.
