What is a Referral?
Reports > Patient > Patient Referral
This report allows users to view a compilation all of the referral information related to their practice.
Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘Patient Referral’ screen. Users have the following search options available:
- Search for referred patients within a specific date range.
- Search for ‘Referring Patient’ and ‘Referred Patient’ by entering personal identification information.
The ‘Print’ button generates a compiled list of Patient Referrals for the user’s practice.
