What is a Collection Report?
Reports > Patient > Collection
This report is used to access the patient’s payment collection information. It allows a user to generate detailed reports of unpaid charges from each of the patient’s appointments.
Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘Patient Collection’ screen.
Users can select the payment date range for which they would like to search.
The ‘Print’ button will open a report view on the collections for the practice.
