What is a Patient By Plan Report?
Reports > Patient > By Plan
This report generates a list of patients organized according to specifications on the patient Plan.
Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘Patient By Plan’ tab. Select the required report generation criteria from the relevant dropdowns and click ‘Print’.
Doing so opens a view of an organized list of Patient names, account number, policy number, and insured party under a specific Plan.
Under the ‘Phone’ column, home number of a patient is displayed. In case home number is unavailable, patient’s mobile number is displayed on the report.
