What is the Credit Balance Report?
Reports > Management > Credit Balance
This report helps in identifying all accounts which have outstanding credit balances; so that the balance amount can be paid.
It includes both patient and plan credit balances. These can be selected from the search criteria.
A user can select a particular Provider and Location by using the corresponding drop-down menus. A designated Start and End Date-of-Service can also be selected from the ‘From/To’ section.
Click ‘Print’ to generate a report on specified search parameters.
