What is an Institutional Report?

Inpatient Paper claims are available in the application which can be sent to the respective payer using the standard UB-92 inpatient claim form.
The data is pre-formatted to print on the pre-printed form in the relevant fields. The UB-92 form can be printed for those appointments which have already been charged.
Click on the relevant information from the available drop down menu, and select the ‘Date’ range in the From/To box.
Click on ‘Search’. User can choose to view the report for all claims by clicking the ‘Print All’ Icon, or for specific claims by selecting the white box next to the desired claim and clicking the ‘Print Selected’ icon.
User can also click on the ‘Date-of-Service’ for any claim to simply view the report.
