What is Meant by Most Frequent Rejections?
This KPI displays most frequent electronic claims rejection reasons for the past six months. This KPI can be seen for any specific location, provider and plan or can be viewed for the entire practice with all providers and plans.
Users can setup a ‘Rejection Reason KPI’ to view a particular user’s most frequent rejections.
Drag this KPI onto the dashboard:
To see the details of the information, double click the KPI to open it.
If users do not see ‘Most Frequent Rejections’ as an option in the KPIs, two things should be checked:
- Set source of KPIs to ‘Billing Module’ and click ‘Save’.
