What is a Fill Response?

Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the Fill Response screen.

When a provider prescribes a medication the information is forwarded to a pharmacy. Once the patient collects the prescribed medications, the pharmacy notifies the Practice.

All such responses are logged in the ‘Fill Response’ section.

Fill responses can be searched based on ‘Last Name’, ‘First Name’, ‘Source’, and ‘Date’.

Each message received from the pharmacy has the following information:

• Date on which the message was sent
• Name of the patient
• Medication name
• Pharmacy name
• Source
• Reason
