How to add Head Circumference measurements in vitals for patients aged 3 years or younger?
Patient > Clinical > Vitals.
Users can add ‘Head Circumference’ measurements in the ‘Vitals’ module for patients aged up to 3 years.
Follow the above mentioned workflow to land on the ‘Vitals’ screen.
Choose a vital record to edit from the date hyperlink or click on ‘+Add’ button to add a new vitals record.
Enter measurement in the ‘Head Circum’ field.
The head circumference measurement can also be seen in the ‘HC’ column on the ‘Vitals’ screen.
Note:
The ‘Head Circumference’ measurement is recorded to monitor an infant’s growth.
